The Roads to Success After-School Hybrid* Program at PS 180 Hugo Newman School aims to help young people in grades K-5 gain the skills to be positive members of their communities and identify future potential pathways for continuous learning in life. Our Hybrid Program is a blend of Direct and Remote Programming with offering such as:

• Enrichment Activities (Art, Team Building, Outside Play)
• Academic (Literacy, Math, Homework Support)
• Community (Cheers, Group Games, Appreciation Ceremonies, etc.)

*In-person after-school programming will only be available to students on their in-person school days.

Virtual program will be available on their at-home days. *

New York Edge provides on-site afterschool programming for students in Grades 6 through 8. The mission of New York Edge is to help bridge the opportunity gap among underserved students by providing programs designed to improve academic performance, health and wellness, self-confidence, character and attitudes for success in life. PAL provides youth in K - 8th grade with a high-quality after-school experience based on a revolving schedule of academic enrichment (PAL Smarts), arts learning (PAL Arts) and physical education (PAL Fit). For decades, PAL’s After-school program has kept thousands of children safe and productive during high-risk after-school hours, which helps working families. PAL offers after school care from dismissal to 6:00pm on school days and from 8:00am to 6:00pm on school holidays.
